HELPIS Information

HELPIS is a Massachusetts-based non-profit organization built on the goal of creating a community of equals who provide whatever kindnesses they are able to the people they encounter in an ever-widening network of generosity. I founded HELPIS because I believe that kindness has the power to bring hope to those searching for it and by extension, change lives. HELPIS Inc. has been shaping itself naturally I watch people directly and indirectly touch each others lives with such respect, dignity, and pride. I believe that we are on our way to make such a difference. When people need help, I do not see shame, obligation, or embarrassment, I only see pride. I notice so many needs on both sides: to give and receive are parallel and will not meet without the conscious decision of someone who is willing to bridge the gap. To give with respect: that is dignity. The missions of HelpMeHelpSomeone, Inc. are: 1) to encourage and promote good and charitable deeds by groups and individuals for the purpose of helping someone needing help and 2) to create the first observation of HelpMeHelpSomeone celebration, a spirit of sharing during May giving help and saluting those who promote generosity and kindness.
