HC Watercontrol is a Dutch VCA and ISO 9001 certified company with over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing of water flow control structures to the water boards HC Watercontrol has its own in-house research and development department using the latest computer design programs and an engineering department where all the water control structures are built, dimensionally checked and tested prior to leaving the factory. We also have an excellent installation and service team with people who are trained and specialized in finding the right solution to meet the client’s requirements. We manufacture a wide range of products from Flap Valves, Fish Friendly Flap Valves, Automatic Levelars, Inline Penstocks, Penstocks, Sluice Gates, Tilting Gates, Floating Weirs, Eelpassage, Siphons and Float Valves, Fences, Flood Gate Door and Stop Logs. All these products are manufactured from complete stainless steel 316L or a combination of HDPE and stainless steel 316L. We can also manufacture products from stainless steel 304 if required. We can supply solar, wind powered and actuated systems to meet your requirements along with, hydraulic or pneumatic systems especially for the water and waste-water industry. In cooperation with the Environment Agency, Internal Water Boards, Wastewater Treatment Departments and Consultants we are able to manufacture bespoke products and find solutions for almost every application.
