GETKICKBOX Information

Getkickbox.com is a successful intrapreneurship program designed and implemented by an innovation team at Swisscom, the Swiss leading IT- and Telco-company. The program boosts internal innovation in order to create the next big thing and transform employees. Due to the combination of a physical innovationbox based on Adobe Kickbox, an online platform and a strong community, Swisscom was able to create several startups and developed new products and services. The Kickbox transforms employees who learn hands-on about new working methods such as lean startup and human centered design. The program is based on the open-source material from Adobe and an internal Swisscom innovation team designed it much further and developed the online platform, which fits perfectly to the gamificated, physical Kickbox. Due to a increasing demand of innovation teams from other corporates and organisations, the Swisscom Kickbox team opened up the successful program.
