Youngman Law is a commercial law boutique with a team of 7 lawyers, and we are a recognized and respected legal firm that has been providing legal counsel to individuals and companies for over 40 years. We think of ourselves as a small firm with a big impact: We specialize in real estate, debt collection and litigation but we also offer services in other legal areas including oppression remedies, shareholder disputes, contracts, and legal research. Our firm also represents employers and employees in all aspects of employment disputes, including wrongful dismissal claims, non-solicitation and non-competition provisions, confidentiality obligations, executive compensation and discipline issues.
