The GAN Namibia is created in response to the high rate of the youth unemployment crisis in Namibia which currently stands at an alarming 43%. The GAN Namibia is an initiative driven by business leaders, who use this global platform to promote apprenticeship programs in Namibia. It aims to mitigate the youth unemployment and skills mismatch crises and at the same time it aims to strengthen it's member companies' competitive strategies by investing in their work forces.
