In 2005 the Most Interesting Owner (MIO as we call him) and his select team of business associates embarked upon the G V Cellars project. The MIO's mission was simple; produce award-winning Italian style wine in an intimate boutique setting. G V quickly became the place for visitors and locals to enjoy distinguished wines, engaging staff, and picturesque views. For these reasons, our guests refer to us as Green Valley's Hidden Gem. We boast 6 varietals in our 30-acre estate vineyard: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, and the rare Dolcetto. We are known for our distinctive proprietary blends, using estate grapes and the best fruits from neighboring regions.
