Flystandre Saint-André-les-Alpes is simply the worlds best free flying site. ​ Yes, St André is a mecca for paraglider and hang-glider pilots but it is also so much more. Awesome mountain bike trails, hikes (and hike & flys), family walks, cliff jumping, skiing, snowboarding, sailing, paddle boarding, wake boarding.... and pretty much anything else you can do on a lake or mountain... A truly special spot, off the beaten track and out of the ordinary. The House Our accommodation is spread over 4 gites or apartments which cab be integrated or rented individually and two guest rooms. The house sleeps up to 33 across all the accommodation with 3 fully equipped catering style kitchens, 360 degree mountain views, private terraces and gardens and lots of toys and equipment to rent, borrow and enjoy. We have a wood fired pizza oven if your group gets peckish and amazing star lit fire pits... come see for yourself... PS... Our water smells a little bit of eggs - we love it but understand not everyone does. Aerogliss is one of the best paragliding schools in France and is located in St Andre - it turns out excellent pilots in large numbers every year.
