Fitness Fight Club (FFC) is an Institution for Martial Arts and Fitness. Martial Arts or Combat sports are effective for the purposes of self-defense, competition and most importantly fitness for the casual practitioner.The Programs at FFC and our training methodology is tuned to improve strength, agility, cardiovascular health and reflexes both physical and mental. In turn, body fat drops, muscle tone improves, core strength develops, mental abilities are more focused and our student members feel a surge of energy and confidence useful in their everyday life.FFC with its internationally renowned and highly experienced coaches, will work with you keeping in mind different abilities, fitness levels and learning speed.Our most regular student members work at some of the biggest corporate houses in the city and have experienced true transformation in their lives and at work.
