FirstHour Security is an orchestration layer inside the enterprise to automate the evaluation, correlation, scoring and mitigation of security alerts. Born out of a Netflix prototype created by one of our founders, we're building a comprehensive solution to address the biggest need in enterprise security. Every year security teams add more technology to detect more attacks, thereby increasing the number of alerts they need to manually evaluate and remediate. While our adversary is highly automated and capable of broad-based and intense attacks, security teams lack human resources to keep up. What is needed is not more technology to add more alerts, but a platform to perform the same function as a security engineer, but at machine speed.
