Falcker BV is an Inspection & Consultancy company. We provide this services world wide. We have a wide range of testing and inspection methods, both standard as well as innovative tailor made methods. This various from visual inspections to high flying drone inspections. We make use of specialist rope acces teams but can also perform standard pipeline and tank inspections, with all kind of sophisticated inspections methods. We can perform this inspection and testing during maintenance and repair activities as well as during New Build projects. We can provide you with tank inspections in accordance to EEMUA 159 & API 653 and we can set up a Risked Based Inspection plan for your tanks and support you with the implementation of a certified RBI software package (in a partnership with a Dutch company). In addition Falcker can advice you on the results of the inspection data and help you with setting up a repair scope or even a complete tank turn around scope or determine the fitness for service of your equipment. Most of the tests and inspections can be done while your tank is still in-serve, some will have to be done while your tank is taken out of service. We can provide you with a solid and tailor made test and inspection plan, a QA/QC plan, arrange the approval from a Notified Body, prior to the execution of the repairs. To be in control of the complete process we can set up a complete project budget and execution schedule. It is our intention to reduce the workload for our client to a minimum with maximum ownership on our side to perform all needed work, to have your tanks operational within a minimal timeframe and optimum quality.
