Excelerate leads complex business transformations through a single accountable role: the Transformation Architect™. Most transformations aren't one initiative. We lead across strategy, operations, technology and the people who have to absorb the change — setting priorities, setting the pace, and owning the outcome rather than the task list. We work at two altitudes: high enough to steer the direction, deep enough that the guidance holds. Most people who can set direction have never had to carry it through delivery, and most people deep enough to deliver can't set the direction. We do both. That accountability extends to how we price. Excelerate works on a fixed fee tied to a defined scope and outcome, not an hourly rate. When a transformation takes longer than planned, that's ours to absorb rather than yours to pay for. Hourly billing pays a consultant more the longer the work runs. A fixed fee pays us to finish.
