Epsom Downs School Information

We aim to create a buzz around PE lessons and to increase participation in extra-curricular sports clubs run by the school and those in the local community. We strive to make our sports clubs competitive, with children taking great pride in representing their school and looking to win. We would also like to increase the participation of parents within sports at the school, whether encouraging their child to take part in sport or offering to share their sporting skills. As a school engaged in a vast amount of competitive sports fixtures, our vision is to create a winning mentality across the whole school and to see our children developing a team ethos as they engage in such events. We want to be a competitive school that sends its most able children to these fixtures to compete accordingly.
