Empowered Path Inc. was founded in 2012, by Chantal Fraser when she became a veteran and started exploring life as a solo-preneur, focusing on doing more of what she loved best: speaking and training. As much as Chantal would love to say becoming a veteran and starting a business was a seamless transition, it took her several years to get to the place she's at now. The beauty of that is, during that process, Chantal realized the skills she'd learned while serving as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces were transferable to helping you reach your career and business goals. More than that, Chantal learned there’s a market for a lot of the other things she loves doing like coaching, leading teams, and managing complex projects. Now Chantal acts as a Thought Partner to help people find or create their ideal jobs AND to help employers learn tactics and strategies that can help them create more IDEAL workplaces. Chantal also collaborates with others, forming custom teams, for projects ranging from organizing professional development events to researching issues related to people finding their ideal jobs. And, because Chantal loves sharing what she knows, and learning from others, to find ways for all of us to thrive, she does professional speaking gigs on a variety of topics.
