Dawn and Dave Sizer founded the company in 2005 and still run it today. We manage the whole environment to a written standard rather than responding ticket by ticket, and you never get a level one: every call goes to someone who can actually fix it. Every 3rd Element employee goes through a structured 90-day onboarding program we built when our son joined the team.
