Edco supplies a broad range of services for the global die caster, including: We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and have a well-earned reputation for quality work and on-time delivery. Edco does not employ dedicated salespeople; all customers and opportunities are managed by our tooling engineers. We believe this deep technical knowledge in sales is the key ingredient in ensuring expectations are aligned and enabling us to promise what we will deliver and deliver what we have promised. We are continually refining our business processes to manage projects and have a well-earned reputation for delivering on time and with quality. We also have deep experience in product design for castability, and offer this service to our die cast customers; working to ensure cast parts lend themselves to the HPDC process. Finally, we work closely with our Exco Engineering sister company in providing perhaps the deepest CAE in the industry with all flow, thermal and stress process simulation performed in house. We are extremely proud of the working culture at Edco and in our success as a business. We have a healthy mix of new talent and long serving experts working together to remain a world leader in die cast tooling design and manufacture. At any point in time we typically have several team members enrolled in state apprenticeship programs for tool and die making or CNC machining and have a healthy two-way relationship with local colleges, at times sponsoring post-secondary education for team members.
