DOCCA is an MSP (managed IT service provider) and EDI and PKI (e-invoicing) solution provider. DOCCA is headquartered in Budapest, Hungary. We are about 50 people. DOCCA is established in 2000, since then we serviced many clients. What we do as an MSP? ==================== We keep running the IT infrastructure for the enterprise and small business: servers, client PCs and laptops, wired and WIFI network components. Our helpdesk supports users. Some tag-like words: cloud and on-premises, MS Azure, Google Cloud Platform, VMware, Proxmox, Linux, Microsoft Exhange, Exchange Online and O365 (migrations as well), Nagios, Request Tracker, Zabbix, HA systems, Asterisk. What we do as an EDI and PKI e-invoicing provider? =========================================== EDI is international standard of a system-to-system communication infrastructure between enterprises: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_data_interchange EDI enables enterprises to send and recieve (and import to their ERP system) invoices without human work. Furthermore it enables business partners to send-recieve-import-reply SO (sales order), PO (purchase order) and all kind of business transaction documents. So EDI is a B2B data exchange automation.
