DIMSCALE was founded in 2010, initially directed to the provision of Quantity Surveying services for Architecture offices. Our experience in Quantity Surveying has shown us from the beginning some shortcomings in the market, usually solved by us outside the context of our core business, providing to our clients a differentiated service that highlighted our name and potentiated our growth. Consequently in 2012 we assumed the creation of the innovative product Architecture Cost Management®. Architecture Cost Management® provides an integrated response to the needs of Real Estate developers, investment funds and project owners regarding the management and cost of the projects, putting together four essential areas: Architecture, Construction, Economy and Sustainability.
