Detroit Chinatown Group, LLC (DCT) is a company based in Metro Detroit, Michigan, with a mission of serving as a bridge between Detroit city, the state of Michigan and China, and the Chinese community. We accomplish our stated goal through various avenues. Investment: helping overseas investors gain knowledge of the local market and providing guidance throughout the lifespan of their investments. Real estate: our team has the on the ground knowledge of the Detroit real estate market that international buyers need. We provide full life cycle support, from purchase to management to sale. Culture: Bringing people together and celebrating culture is our passion! to this effort we host various events, including the annual Detroit- China Festival, the largest Asian themed festival in Detroit history. Chinatown Project: did you know Detroit does not currently have a Chinatown? We aim to change that! Our project is a large, modern Chinatown in the heart of Detroit city. This new Chinatown will be one of a kind and mark an important step in the history of Chinese culture in Detroit city.
