Creativity at Work Information

Creativity at Work helps leaders and teams develop creative intelligence — the whole-brain capacity to navigate complexity, collaborate across differences, and generate meaningful innovation. Founded by Linda Naiman in 1999, Creativity at Work integrates arts-based learning, whole-brain thinking, and mental fitness to strengthen how leaders and teams perceive challenges, make decisions, and work together under pressure. Our work draws on insights from business, art, design, and neuroscience to help organizations decode complexity, surface tacit knowledge, and translate insight into action.
