We are creative fuel for Public Service. We engage millennials, entrepreneurs, and creative knowledge workers in meaningful projects to make a measurable impact in the community. CivicHacks exists to help civic and NGO systems doing meaningful public service to leverage these talented, willing and passionate communities. There is an inherent lack of connection between public services and private businesses and while this challenge may be systemic, it can be addressed immediately by introducing, aligning, and engaging all community stakeholders on neutral ground. To that end, we aspire to be a next generation AmeriCorps putting to use the skills and talents of our best and brightest -- crowdsourcing solutions to well-defined challenges in our communities through public-private partnerships.
