Chops Snacks is a high-protein snack company that provides consumers with a superior quality option to the dry and tough beef jerky that is currently on the market. We know that going to work is tough, commuting is tough, and exercising is tough… but your jerky doesn’t have to be. Chops lets you to chew easy. We are bringing our product nationwide primarily through convenience store channels. We use USDA Choice and Select grade beef brisket, as opposed to the ungraded top round cuts that other companies use. We also source from steer, and not the old dairy cattle from which the industry leaders source their beef. This, along with our unique slicing and marinating technique, allows us to have the thinnest cuts of beef jerky on the market, which means less cooking time, higher yield, and a more moist and tender final product. Our products are all-natural, gluten free, msg-free, and free from artificial preservatives.
