At Casella Construction, what we do shows up in the roads we build, the sites we prepare, the infrastructure we protect, and the materials we move, but it all comes back to the people doing the work. Since 1989, we’ve taken on the kind of jobs that shape the places we live and work. The company was founded by brothers Doug and John Casella, and it grew the way most good companies do, through hard work, skill, and a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. In 2012, the second generation - Joe Casella and John Casella II - stepped in to lead the company forward. By investing in their people, working across divisions, and leaning into opportunities to grow, they’ve helped grow Casella Construction into a company that can take on more, and do it well. Today, we operate across four core divisions: Aggregate, Construction, Land Clearing, and Transportation. That allows us to support projects from multiple angles and take ownership of the work along the way. But the work has never been the point on its own, it’s always been about the people behind it. Our crews in the field, our drivers on the road, our mechanics in the shop, and the staff that supports that work are the reason we can take on tough jobs and stand behind what we do. Our mission is to Build a Legacy of Excellence. We do that by doing the work right, backing each other up, and making decisions that hold up over time.
