Carpet Choice Information

The Choices story began in 1993 when Newfurn Floor Coverings Limited (A Cooperative Group of Independent Furniture Retailers established in 1959) first launched the Carpet Choice brand. From an initial total of only 17 stores in Victoria the brand grew to be a major force in Australian retail. Since those early days, Newfurn has evolved to be arguably Australia’s most progressive Retail Floor Coverings Group with over 130 stores nationally. In 2011, Newfurn undertook a major strategic decision to change the Carpet Choice brand to Choices Flooring and enhanced the instore experience with a wider range of products, colours, textures and styles to give customers more opportunity to find the floor they’d been searching for. At Choices we’re proud to say that we really know our stuff and each of our Design Consultants combine extensive product knowledge with years of practical experience to help you find that perfect floor. Our Design Consultants receive thorough training in all aspects of our products, customer service, colour, decorating and design, they also understand which floor coverings can help you create the right mood and style in your home, office or commercial project.
