Bazzara, founded in 1966 in Trieste, is a renowned roasting company that exports premium quality blends to over 25 countries. For three generations, Bazzara coffee has stood out for its slow-roasting process carried out in small batches. Catering to the HoReCa sector and online distributors, its production thrives in the premium and high-premium coffee segments, including blends, single-origin coffee, organic, decaffeinated, pods, and capsules. The roasting company was featured by Forbes Italia among the "100 Excellences" in the food & beverage sector (2021), while the quality of its coffee won the Luxury Food & Beverage Quality Awards for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, and 2025). Since 2021, Bazzara has been a Benefit Corporation (Società Benefit), aiming to generate a positive impact on the environment and the communities in which it operates. The company has established itself as a benchmark in spreading the culture of quality coffee in Italy. This milestone is the result of publishing five specialized books, organizing the biennial Trieste Coffee Experts summit—dedicated to industry professionals—and the work of the Bazzara Academy, a center of educational excellence and the first facility in Italy to be certified for all SCA modules.
