When you are ISTQB certified through ASTQB, you can appear on both the Official U.S. List of Certified Testers™ plus the ISTQB Successful Candidate Register. U.S. employers check the Official U.S. list, and you can only appear on that list if you are certified through ASTQB or our official ISTQB exam provider AT*SQA (atsqa.org).
