Founded in 2006, Aspen has a reputation of being first to market regarding employment innovation and very quiet about client work. Aspen has evolved as employment as evolved, and it our intention to continue to create and deploy sustainable solutions for our customers. In 2006, we were first as an employment consultancy focused solely on process design. In 2010, we were first to release a business intelligence platform for employment. In 2013, we were first in analyzing candidate experience centrally. In 2019, we were first in authoring coursework for building recruitment analytics.
