AMR Editorial Information

AMR Editorial is a full-service book editing and publication management company. Services include developmental editing, line editing, and copyediting. We also assist independent authors who need help getting their books ready for publication, whether they are publishing through IngramSpark, CreateSpace, Kindle Direct Publishing, or some other printer and/or distributor. All editing is done in-house, but we have a roster of accomplished publishing professionals whom we contract with to provide related services such as cover design, interior formatting, indexing, proofreading, publicity, and more. AMR Editorial was founded by Adam M. Rosen, a full-time freelance book editor and writer based in Asheville, North Carolina. Over the course of his nearly ten-year career in print and digital publishing, Adam has worked in various editorial roles at HarperCollins, Oxford University Press, and Soomo Learning. He has worked on trade titles, scholarly publications, reference works, and self-published books. He has also published essays, criticism, and reporting in the Los Angeles Review of Books, TheAtlantic.com, the Baltimore Sun, Atlas Obscura, Mental Floss, the Awl, JSTOR Daily, the Onion, the Forward, and other publications. He contributed to the print book Pulp Fiction: The Complete Story of Quentin Tarantino's Masterpiece (Voyageur Press, 2013) and has authored a number of short e-book for the Worth Books digital imprint.
