American Well & Pump has the benefits from decades of experience. Between Tom Leonard and Scott Harding, there is more than 35 years of experience to bring to each project. The leadership team continues to maintain the critical licenses, such as Hoisting Engineers License and Pipe Fusion Certification, along with education to stay on top of the latest technology and techniques in the drilling and pump business. Outside of the business Tom and his wife, Dallas Leonard who is part of the leadership team, enjoy giving back to the community.
