All manufacturing is in San Diego with in-house die manufacture. Sourcing of raw materials in CA where possible. You provide the “What” and “When” with drawings and specs and we provide the “How” - your high quality finished product. We pay attention to the details to get it right the first time. Custom gasket manufacturing We cut a variety of non-metallic materials including plastics, rubbers, fabrics, tapes (PSA adhesives) and paper stocks. Die cutting services We specialize in die cutting of lots of different products using non traditional gasket materials such as cork, fabric, leather, foam etc. Our Clam Shell die cutter has a 48" x 28" maximum chase.
