Association for Corporate Health Risk Management: A unique employer-exclusive community to collaborate with your peers, learn new methods and techniques to reduce your company's health care costs and improve employee well-being and productivity. With health care costs reaching crisis levels that represent 1 – 5% of revenues for most companies, and over 30% of an employee’s total compensation, many organizations are struggling to find ways to manage their health risks. This financial problem is compounded by both the fact that Corporate Wellness programs are in their infancy at most companies, and the fact that health risk management programs are typically fragmented between the finance and human resources departments within companies. ACHRM’s Mission To provide a collaborative environment for employers attempting to reduce health care costs, and to help employees live healthier lives and be more productive at the workplace. The ability to identify, quantify and manage health risks is now critical for the financial wellness of the corporate sector.
