Radiant Acemoney is a fintech company building the digital banking and payments infrastructure that powers India's last mile — from Business Correspondent networks in remote villages to core transaction switching for co-operative and urban banks. We are a subsidiary of Radiant Cash Management Services Ltd. Our journey began in 2007, when founder Jimmin James Kurichiyil started Aceware Technologies. After a setback in 2016, he rebuilt and registered a new fintech company in 2020 — Aceware Fintech Services Pvt Ltd — under the brand name Acemoney. Acemoney is one of the first companies to launch wearable payment devices in India, including the country's first wearable ring debit card, under its brand Teora —rings, key chains,bands and NFC stickers Today, we operate as a full-stack fintech infrastructure partner for banks, NBFCs and co-operative institutions: • Business Correspondent (BC) network services — cash-in/cash-out, AePS, and domestic money transfer for underserved regions, with a strong focus on the Northeast • QR and SoundBox merchant acceptance, with real-time settlement into partner banks' core systems • White-label mobile banking apps and AI-powered WhatsApp banking channels • ATM, debit and prepaid card issuance under a Program Manager model • Core payments infrastructure — transaction switching, card management, ATM/POS acquiring, AML and fraud monitoring, AI-powered personal finance tools, and HSM key security Our approach is modular: institutions can adopt a single solution or the full stack, integrating with existing core banking systems with minimal disruption — letting smaller banks offer modern digital banking without large in-house investment.
