The 5TOOL facility has two batting cages, 2 bullpens, and a weight room spread out across 5000 square feet. 5TOOL offers everything from team rentals to baseball/softball private instruction as well as baseball/softball specific strength and conditioning. The 5TOOL coaches offer advanced training for overhead athletes using the cutting edge research. The coaches specialize in arm care and injury prevention for both baseball and softball players. Our dedicated staff has over 50 years of combined experienced coaching baseball/softball specific strength training and conditioning. 5TOOL coaches offer assessments, strength training, mobility/flexibility training, mental coaching, and diet/nutritional planning.
