Celebrating its 35-year anniversary in 2020, SHC is the largest provider of residential and nursing services in Sussex, offering specialist care for individuals and a range of individualised care packages, promoting personalised care and support. From its head office in West Sussex, SHC also has an onsite training academy - Boldings Brook Academy - which provides around 9,800 accredited and in house clinical and social care courses every year. Our homes in Sussex provide a safe, comfortable environment and offer the people supported somewhere that they can make their home, as well as short stays and respite. The people we support are encouraged to maximise their physical, intellectual, emotional and social capacity ensuring that they continue their lifestyle with personal privacy and dignity.
