Our method is Truck Mounted steam cleaning. Our pre treatment is a product from Chem Spec called Pre Kleen ( you can google them). Its and enzymatic product that gobbles up all the dirt n grease, encapsulates then suspendes it away from your carpet fibers and waits for us to blast and extract it out with our Truck Mounted steam system. If requested we can also add another Chem Spec product called Kill Odor Plus that is another type of enzyme that gobbles up pet odors. A little about how I started Scooters Carpet Cleaning. 1993 My Brother was out of work and moved to Modesto. He bought a portable carpet cleaner and started advertising in Modesto. I was working as a bank teller and thought maybe we could advertise here in San Jose and see what happens. When I got a job here I would meet my brother in Livermore the night before the job grab thecequiptment from him and go to work the next day. Business starting getting busy here in San Jose so we bought another portable and wow business was great. I eventually left the bank and asked my wife to leave her job because I needed help. It's been great from there. 16 years and still kicking...well now 28 years and we use only Truck Mounted Deep Cleaning systems. The BEST process for carpet cleaning. We love our job.
