Quadrum Global is an integrated development, investment management and advisory group focused on real estate opportunities. Quadrum is headed up by its founder and CEO Oleg Pavlov and is operated through a number of offices and affiliated platforms in the US, UK and Central Europe. The company’s focus is on distressed, value-add, repositioning and development opportunities for assets across a variety of sectors in order to create long term value. Its residential portfolio includes multifamily developments in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Jersey City. Quadrum has recently made a move into the senior-living sector with the creation of Avida. It is now expanding its portfolio in Europe and particularly in the UK, with a number of commercial assets in London. Its most recent project is 11 Belgrave, a circa 135,000 sq ft net zero workplace development in London Victoria, the first UK project to achieve a design-reviewed target Excellent 5.5 Star NABERS rating for building efficiency.
