Our founder, Mr. Keisuke Kafuku, created World Mode Holdings (WMH) from his fervor to place retail professionals in Japan since 1999. Through passion and hard work, WMH now stands as the only solution provider specialising in the fashion industry in Japan, obtaining the largest market share of recruiting sales professionals, with over 1000 Beauty and Fashion retail clients. Following suit, his son, now global president, Mr. Shinsuke Kafuku is passionate to continue the legacy worldwide, with an expansion commencing in Asia Pacific (APAC) starting with Singapore, Taiwan, and Australia. iDA Singapore (iDA’SG) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WMH which offers retail solutions and services to retail companies in Singapore. We are committed to contribute to the changing retail landscape, by providing professional support and consultation services in recruiting; training and career guidance; and offering retail technology solutions. We aim to provide quality solutions and services in the following aspects: a) Retail Sales Professional Recruitment Services: We provide professional screening to assess their background, experiences, skills and competencies, and career aspirations before matching to our client’s requirements. b) Education, Development & Soft Skills Training Solutions: We provide customisable training designs to support seasonal product launches, customer journey mapping, retail touchpoints and more. In addition, we offer certification programmes in fashion styling, beauty science, and service quality. c) Retail Technology Solutions: We leverage on latest digital technologies and development to enable an accurate capture on customer behaviors and profile, plug skills gaps and improve productivity. We offer a myriad of retail technology installations such as iBeacons, Shopper & Video Analytics, Near Field Communication (NFC), RFID Chips, Animatronic Mannequins and more.
