Grants of 90% of eligible costs are available to organisations for the first year of support and thereafter, 80% of eligible costs are grant aided. This scheme is open to all organisations in the private sector and is available for raising the awareness of personnel at all levels and occupations. Train Ability provides workshops on disability awareness, the cost to a company in the private sector is 90% funded under The National Development Plan. No longer should disability awareness be last on the list of staff training. This is a minimum cost to your business, but you are maximising your customer base by ensuring your staff are disability aware.
