The Consumer Helpline Ltd. is a 400 seat outsourcing centre based across 4 floors of Princess House in Swansea City Centre. The directors and management team combine many decades of experience in sales and marketing to provide bespoke and target driven sales and customer service campaigns for a variety of high profile clients, with a particular focus on the utilities market. We conduct large, successful direct switching campaigns for leading UK energy suppliers as well as hosting our own comparison service via telesales, online and door-to-door channels. We also provide inbound and outbound customer services solutions, appointment booking campaigns and other sales-by-service activities both inside and outside the utilities sector.
