Since 1955, the SCHWAB agency has been architects, showcasing a solid expertise in the Occitanie french region - expertise that our team has been dedicated to enhancing since 2015 with Maurice SCHWAB taking office. This enhancement comes through diverse intervention topics and addressing contemporary concerns such as the necessary stance on environmental issues, functional diversity/evolvability, integration of digital technologies in project development and our built environment, and the challenge of mobility, among others, which the team tackles to outline the best conditions for coexistence. Our architectural practice stems from a blend of extensive experience and a desire for continuous improvement - a pragmatic and creative practice always mindful of the end-users, residents, and neighbors, thus we approach each project within its social, economic, environmental, technical, and cultural context. Firmly rooted in our region and convinced that an approach rooted in its environment will always be more relevant, our agency operates in Haute-Garonne, Tarn, and Pyrénées-Orientales.
