Rosana Vidal Marketing Information

Rosana Vidal is a Brooklyn-based marketing professional who started her real estate career as an Agent in 2005. In 2010 Rosana joined the founding marketing team at Town Residential where she helped build the start-up firm into a market leading agency with over 500 agents across 10 Manhattan offices. As the Director of Agent Marketing at Town Residential, Rosana designed and implemented an education curriculum and led 75+ seminars with Agents of all skill levels. By working with Executive Leadership and Sales Directors to build a strong business platform for Agents, and then working alongside Agents to build their own businesses, Rosana developed a keen understanding of best practices for Agents and the professionals who serve them. Rosana also directed the Agent Marketing Program at Warburg Realty where she facilitated the individual and listing campaigns of 100+ Agents. Rosana’s impact at both luxury real estate firms includes the creation of Agent tools that are still in use today: marketing handbooks; company blogs; digital newsletters for Agents’ monthly use; guides for buyers, sellers, and renters; seasonal events guides; and the creation of internal dashboards through which Agents manage their marketing operations. In 2014 Rosana launched Rosana Vidal Marketing with the goal of providing high quality and effective marketing solutions to New York’s busy Real Estate professionals. Rosana Vidal works with a talented and diverse team of artists, writers, designers, photographers, and programmers based in the New York City area.
