In December 2016, we were awarded a patent for a package that will enable our customers to replace the toxic and ubiquitous plastic blister pack with our compostable alternative, the Karta-Pack™. We placed 3rd in the 2012 Silicon Valley Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum start-up competition. There were more than 300 entrants in this U.S./China event. PulpWorks placed first among all U.S. entrants. In addition to the co-founders, our core team includes industrial designers and graphic artists.
