North Hills Community Outreach Information

North Hills Community Outreach is an organization of people helping people. Our services for struggling families and individuals include two food pantries, utility assistance, emergency financial help, Family Savings Accounts, college scholarships for nontraditional adults, support groups, employment coaching, Faith in Action volunteer caregiving for the elderly, Community Auto car donation program and much more! NHCO charges absolutely no fees for its services with the exception of vehicle purchases through our Community Auto program. We rely on the generosity and support of individuals, businesses, foundations, government entities, religious organizations, schools and civic groups to help us carry out our mission of serving those in crisis, hardship and poverty. Volunteers are at the heart of NHCO and we hope you’ll get involved today! NHCO serves individuals and families in all of northern Allegheny County. Some programs, such as Community Auto, are offered across the entire county as well as additional counties. We are proud recipients of the 2011 Alfred W.
