Established in 2011. Movement Over Everything provides everything you could possibly need for you health and wellness, under one roof. Packages including personal training sessions, nutrition coaching, custom meal delivery, and sports massage therapy are bundled (or offered separately) on what is prided as some of the most knowledgable coaches and professionals in the field. Born from biomedical engineering, every coach possesses not only a passion for fitness & wellness, but maintains laser focus on movement quality, appropriate exercise selection, and helping you reach your goals in the safest, most effective way possible. Movement Over Everything began in 2011 as Body By Blake Training, where a biomedical engineer (Blake Sama) had the idea to deliver a higher caliper of personal training and coaching on-location to underserved fitness centers residing in residential condo and apartment complexes. From there, he began hiring some of the brightest coaches who shared his passion for pain free proper movement, and expanded the model to multiple buildings around the city. The business grew to offer not only personal training, but on-location nutrition coaching, custom meal delivery, massage services, and more! In September of 2019, Blake and his team decided to open a studio of their own, The MOVE Lab to provide this higher level of service to more people who want to make the smartest choices about their health and wellness.
