Illusions Software was founded by Founder Jamie Spisak and Software Architect Roderick Marcial in 2016 with a singular vision: to build tools that could save labor, cut service times, improve record keeping, and reduce worker fatigue in an industry where techs struggle to grapple with overwhelming workloads, driving negative user experiences. After years working with our partners in the Tech support and MSP space, we developed the Technician support Toolkit, a full-workflow RPA solution for repair technician servicing Microsoft Windows workstations and home PCs.
