Hantes was established in 2010 and is committed to becoming a professional headhunting company in the TMT high-tech industry. Hantes has provided talent recruitment services of key jobs for more than 100 clients (in fields like electronic manufacturing, mobile communication, integrated circuit and artificial intelligence). We are particularly good at delivering recruitment of core management, technical functions, marketing functions, product functions, helping our clients obtain valuable talent resources in a fierce competitive environment. In 2015, Hantes started its overseas headhunting business. We had helped clients complete recruitment tasks in extremely difficult circumstances. Also, we had successively supported clients in their localization of talents in third-world countries such as Africa, South Asia, the Middle East and South America. Subsequently, the Hantes team launched globalized talents searching and delivery work in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and various Asian countries. Since then, overseas talent delivery has become a very core business of Hantes headhunting. In 2018, Hantes focused on the recruitment business for technological startups. Together with founders of technological startups, we explored planning and design of organization, definition of key jobs, design of talent standards, and formulation of talent competition strategies, etc. As a strategic partner of startups, Hantes has assisted clients in building internal recruitment capabilities, completing the deployment of the SAAS talent pool, empowering the recruitment team and so on, and has reached close cooperation with the startups' team.
