GreenLeaf Homes and Services Information

At GreenLeaf Homes, we offer safe, nurturing supported accommodation for young women aged 16 to 21. Many of the young people we work with have experienced trauma, abuse, or systemic challenges like homelessness and barriers to healthcare. Our support is trauma-informed, gender-responsive, and built around each young woman’s unique journey. We understand the impact of gender-based violence, exploitation, and inequality, and ensure our team is trained to respond with sensitivity, care, and respect. We work in close partnership with local Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) services, mental health professionals, and women’s organisations to provide joined-up, holistic care. Whether a young woman needs counselling, advocacy, substance misuse support, or practical help, we create clear pathways to the right services at the right time. Through personalised keywork, life skills development, and empowering activities, we help young women regain confidence, build independence, and move forward with strength and purpose.
