Forcefield Training was founded in 2001 by Director Trevor Bethell. Since then Forcefield Training has provided customised training solutions to a range of companies helping them to successfully develop their business. We specialise in 5 market sectors, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, Communications and B2B. At Forcefield Training we pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge and experience of the industries in which we work. All of our trainers have at least 20 years experience in sales and marketing and therefore understand the specific challenges faced by our clients. Our trainers use this experience to equip delegates with the necessary skills to manage these challenges and develop their business. At Forcefield Training, our courses are designed to put ‘Principles into Practice’. The training methods therefore include workshops, group and individual exercises and role-plays to create interactive and engaging courses where delegates put their new skills into practice. As part of providing customised training solutions, all the role-plays use client specific customer situations so that the scenarios are as realistic as possible. Our courses are run in-company throughout the UK and Europe, with the courses adapted to local language and culture.
