WE OPENED OUR DOORS IN 1849. Our founder Charles Ducommun supplied critical hardware during the California Gold Rush. From metals to business loans, Ducommun has provided aviation pioneers (Lindbergh, Douglas and Lockheed, to name a few) with solutions since the birth of the aerospace industry in Southern California. We're proud to be the oldest continuously operating company in California.
