CITB is the industry training board for the construction sector in England, Scotland, and Wales. We support the construction industry to have a skilled, competent and inclusive workforce, now and in the future.

Established in 1995 by its founder Mike Shields, SHEilds concentrated on offering a quality local Health and Safety consultancy service, developing solutions for the local commerce. In December 2002 SHEilds became incorporated in the UK and has grown into one of the largest NEBOSH health and safety training providers globally. Established in 1992, Nova Training is a leading provider of education, training and apprenticeship programmes across the West Midlands and East of England. As part of Staff Select Ltd, we are dedicated to helping young people and adults build the skills, qualifications and confidence needed to succeed in today’s workplace. We deliver a wide range of high-quality programmes, including apprenticeships for learners aged 16–18 and 19+, as well as Study Programmes, Supported Internships and specialist SEND provision for learners aged 16–18 and those aged 19–24 with an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan. We also offer alternative education pathways for 14–16-year-olds through strong partnerships with schools and local authorities. With more centres than any other provider or college in our region, Nova Training operates from 13 delivery sites, supported by our Head Office in Willenhall, Walsall.
