We are working to implement three key priorities: - Protected, Green and Clean - Thriving Communities and Wellbeing - District of Opportunity and Growth In addition to its locational strengths, Cherwell contains unique drivers for business competitiveness such as Begbroke Science Park (University of Oxford), Banbury & Bicester College and London Oxford Airport. The Local Plan has allocated land for over 22,000 new homes by 2031 and employment land to provide for a similar number of additional jobs.
